This formulation makes for an extremely gentle and balanced shampoo bar, which is ideal for those with very dry hair and scalp, or sensitive skin.
As a synthetic detergent-based cleanser, (Syndet) it is gentle enough to be used as a whole body bar. But, it performs ideally as shampoo, in that it has optimal conditioning, softening and humectant-rich agents, which include propylene glycol, glyceryl stearate and glycerin. So, if cold process shampoo bars are not "your cup of tea", syndet bars might just be the ticket for you!
The ingredients used in the Syndet base produce adequate lather with small bubbles, resulting in a concentrated formula that can help the user conserve water, reduce use of plastics, which, in turn, reduces their carbon footprint.
